Walk about is hungry work and nothing quite sets Mr. Hunger back on his heels like a good platter of Biriyani. Spiced rice and vege buries a piece of tandoori chicken. Douse this liberally with a reduced ginger garlic sauce and start making gooey rice balls. Look Ma, no forks!
